Homemade Pesto

Melon and Prosciutto Soaked in Cognac

Feta Cheese, Melon, and Cucumbers – very refreshing

Ham and Cheese Quiche (the inside looks spectacular – I should’ve gotten a picture of the sliced product)

Rasberries and Pears in a Rice Pudding-esque cream

And I got her a box of chocolates as a parting gift. Figured it was my turn to put some weight on her.
