If you’re like my friend who gave up sweets until Halloween or like myself who lives by the mantra “butter makes everything better,” you might want a healthy dessert here and there when you do need a “palette cleanser.”
I think this one is common knowledge, but I was SO thrilled (kind of) when my friends introduced to me this lovely and simple alternative: yogurt, strawberry preserves (or any jam that you like) and granola. It’s sweet enough AND a pro-biotic!! What more could you ask for?!
