How to Make Val Decent, Take 3: Yummy Pasta!!

Full credit goes to Maddy Sung for introducing me to this delicious and healthy-ish dish.

Take whatever pasta you like, some butter or olive oil as a healthy alternative, lots of cheese, and edamame and put it in a bowl. I also added sunflower seeds, which I do for pretty much everything in Val, to add texture.

Depending on how lazy or not lazy you’re feeling, stir-fry it or microwave it, which is what I did. Season it a little with salt and/or pepper, mix it up, and then you have a bowl of steaming, cheesy goodness.

  1. tablespoon of peanut butter, some teryaki and garlic sauce from the stir fry station, and a little bit of sesame oil + sriracha. makes every stir fry exceptional
