How to Make Val Decent, Take 4: Froyo with a Twist

It’s going to sound weird but get yourself a bowl (or cone, if you’re feeling ambitious) of vanilla frozen yogurt, drizzle olive oil on it, and then sprinkle on some sunflower seeds. It sounds REALLY weird, but it’s REALLY good. Olive oil is just good for you in general and so are sunflower seeds. So you can pretend like you’re being healthy. The olive oil adds a smooth sort of richness to the plasticity of the froyo while the sunflower seeds add texture. Also, it’ll make you look like you have exquisite taste because that is some sophisticated stuff.

If Val ever has Strawberry Ice Cream, add Balsamic Vinegar, and you’ll thank me.
